About Us
Under the leadership of Er. Atul V. Joshi, we have completed more than 1500 structural designs in private and government sector. We have also done architectural planning and design jobs for more than 85 projects and provided consultation and supervision services to more than 50 projects. We have estimated and provided valuation reports to more than 2000 projects.
Er. Atul V. Joshi is a civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience. He has presented and published numerous papers in civil engineering and domestic tourism and created a structural design and rate analysis software.
He has ably continued his father's construction firm while maintaining the same status, quality of works and promptness. His father, Late Vasant A. Joshi, an eminent structural engineer, established the firm along with partner Shri. Arun A. Pathak in 1970. Since then, A. V. Joshi and Associates have provided top class construction services.
We have also taken up social responsibility by creating public awareness about green construction, cost saving and using advanced technology in construction industry. We also take into consideration the benefits of Vastushastra and Astrology when planning and designing our projects.
We were felicitated by International Publishing House by awarding Er. Atul V. Joshi the "Best Citizens Of India" award for the year 2005. We are also proud members of Institution of Engineers (India), Association of Consulting Civil Engineers-Solapur, Vikramaditya Ashwadal, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Indian Society Of Structural Engineers, Institute Of Valuators and Builders Association Of India.
